Hi Vis Modaflame Jacket - MV25

Modaflame Hi Vis is made in the same fabric as the MX28 but with the additin of Hi Vis protection. The fabric also has a flurocaron finish providing oil and water repellency and help to protect against stains.
MODAFLAME 60% Modacrylic, 39% Cotton, 1%carbon fibre. The fibres used in this fabric include 60% Nfodacrylic which is an inherently flame retardant fibre that does not combust, the fibers are difficult to ignite and will self-extinguish, providing natural flame retardancy without the need for an FR chemical treatment in the textile process. These fibres are blended with 39% cotton for strength and the fabric is inherently antistatic by also incorporating 1% carbon fibre for protection against electrostatic discharge hazards. The fabric has a fluorocarbon finish providing oil and water repellency and helps to protect against stains.

Modaflame™ Modacrylic fibres provide inherent flame resistance, excellent dimensional stability and high elastic properties which allow garments to retain their shape. High cotton content gives the fabric comfort, warmth and a soft handle. Carbon fibre woven into the fabric gives inherent anti static properties.

Arc Flash incidents can occur in any industry where electrical equipment is being worked on or operated. Up to 80% of all electrical injuries are burns relating to arc flashes. Arc 2 garments offer protection against thermal burns with a minimum cal rating of 8 cal/cm²

Modaflame™ is one of the newest inherent fabric developments available. It has been designed and developed to provide flame, welding, electric arc and anti-static protection. Constructed from 60% Modacrylic, 39% Cotton and 1% Carbon Fibre. The carbon yarns are evenly spread along the warp to achieve the EN standard. Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Faulty Products
If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.

Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging.

Embroidered logos above 20,000 stitches will incur extra fees due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. You will be contacted should this apply to your logo. Extra costs will be worked out based on each individual logo that this applies to.
You will be advised if a garment is not suitable for printing or embroidery.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service to have your garments branded with stitched logos or text. This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. In this situation, please see below as a printed option would be more suitable to your requirement. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to speak to one of our experts.

Printed Logos and Text

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments. Printed logos cannot be added to fleeces as the material will be damaged during the heat sealing process.
