Portwest Sealtex Ultra Waterproof Breathable Hi-Vis Trousers - RT51

This garment is made from Sealtex Ultra which is breathable tear resistant, anti fungal, oil, fat, diesel and grease resistant. A truly quality garment.

This is an excellent weatherproof and breathable trouser using durable Sealtex Ultra fabric. For all day comfort, the waistband is fully elasticated and the hem is adjustable by means of stud fasteners. These reflective trousers are finished with our top quality HiVistex reflective tape certified to EN ISO 20471.

Waterproof, windproof and breathable, we guarantee this range will keep you warm and dry in adverse conditions. The welded seams keep rain and wind out and the durable, stretchy fabric can easily be wiped clean, allowing the garments to look good and last for langer. SEALTEX FABRIC TESTING Portwest conducts extensive testing on the Sealtex range to ensure it meets and exceeds EN343 waterproof standard. They use SATRA test house to perform hydrolysis  and hydrostatic test on Sealtex fabric. The material is hydrolysed at a temperature of 120 degrees for 7.5 hours. It is then flexed 100,000 times according to SATRA  TM25:1992 and reviewed for cracking in fabric. No cracking indicates a high performance fabric. Sealtex fabric consistantly achieves top results in this test. Hydrostatic testing indicates resistance to water penetration. SATRA's recommendation are waterproof garments should exceed a level of 300cm. Portwest Sealtex achieves 500+ The hydro static test is conducted with a rate of increase of water pressure equal to 60cm/minute at room temperature.  FABRIC: High Technology PU Coating on a flexible tricot knit. 100% Polyester. • Embroidered logos above 20,000 stitches will incur extra fees due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. You will be contacted should this apply to your logo. Extra costs will be worked out based on each individual logo that this applies to.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service to have your garments branded with stitched logos or text. This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. In this situation, please see below as a printed option would be more suitable to your requirement. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to speak to one of our experts.

Printed Logos and Text

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments.  Printed logos cannot be added to fleeces as the material will be damaged during the heat sealing process.
