Fabric/Material: Shell Fabric: Bizflame Ultra 340g

Bizflame Ultra is blended from 80% cotton, 19% FR polyester and 1% carbon fibre, 340g. The FR polyester content in Bizflame Ultra provides excellent abrasion, shrinkage and colour fastness. This fabric is tough enough to withstand the rigours of industrial laundry making it ideal for the off shore industry

Arc Flash incidents can occur in any industry where electrical equipment is being worked on or operated. Up to 80% of all electrical injuries are burns relating to arc flashes. Arc 2 garments offer protection against thermal burns with a minimum cal rating of 8 cal/cm²

CE CAT III: Personal protective equipment with CE cat III protects you against potentially fatal risks. These are risks that can cause permanent injury or even death. This PPE protects you against very specific chemical or mechanical hazards. For this reason, look carefully at other standards and choose the right product for a specific task.

Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Faulty Products
If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.

Exchanging goods. To exchange goods you must return the incorrect item by clicking on the CLICK HERE link below. Then you should reorder again from this web site as normal. Once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund for the value of the goods returned.

Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging.

Proof of posting should be obtained.

Your original postage cost will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake or the goods are faulty.

Embroidered logos above 20,000 stitches will incur extra fees due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. You will be contacted should this apply to your logo. Extra costs will be worked out based on each individual logo that this applies to.
You will be advised if a garment is not suitable for printing or embroidery.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service to have your garments branded with stitched logos or text. This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. In this situation, please see below as a printed option would be more suitable to your requirement. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to speak to one of our experts.

Printed Logos and Text

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments. Printed logos cannot be added to fleeces as the material will be damaged during the heat sealing process.
